About Waterworks Park

Located at 5133 Groh Ln, Fairfield, OH 45014, Waterworks Park operates as a tennis court serving Fairfield in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as park, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Nice facility, good concession stand, and real bathrooms.

Slide broken, had a closed sign over it but that has obviously been removed and now lays on the ground next to the slide

Bad place to bring kids to play softball. Umpires are on Fairfeld side they make up there own rules for there kids to win. We have tried several times to give them a chance to change but there is always some BS on how there rules are right even when our rules are clear. We will be taking our team elsewhere to play. They want you to pay $50 to contest a bad call as many bad calls as we had I’d have to put a second mortgage on my house.
